Our programs are designed to meet people where they are and help them move forward with confidence. From mentoring young people and building financial and workforce skills to connecting families with vital resources, supporting community wellness, and strengthening local businesses and grassroots organizations, our work is rooted in creating pathways to stability, growth, and long-term success.

We Rise The Community brings people, knowledge, and resources together to help individuals thrive and communities rise.
ACTIVITY 1: YOUTH DEVELOPMENT AND MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS
We Rise The Community will provide mentorship, leadership development, life skills training, educational support, career exploration, and recreational activities for youth in underserved communities. Programs will be conducted by volunteers, board members, educators, and community partners at schools, community centers, and partner facilities throughout the Greater Philadelphia area.
Approximately 30% of the organization's time and expenses will be dedicated to this activity. Funding will come from grants, donations, sponsorships, fundraising events, and community partnerships.
This activity helps youth develop leadership skills, improve educational outcomes, and build positive relationships that support personal growth and future success.
ACTIVITY 2: FINANCIAL LITERACY AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
The organization will provide workshops and training on budgeting, saving, credit management, entrepreneurship, job readiness, resume writing, interview preparation, and business development. Programs will be conducted by financial professionals, educators, business owners, volunteers, and board members through in-person and virtual workshops.
Approximately 25% of the organization's time and expenses will be allocated to this activity. Funding will come from grants, donations, sponsorships, fundraising efforts, and educational program support.

Board members, volunteers, and community partners will conduct these activities at schools, libraries, churches, and community venues.
Approximately 20% of the organization's time and expenses will support this activity. Funding will come from grants, donations, sponsorships, and community partnerships.
This activity helps community members access resources that improve their well-being and quality of life.
ACTIVITY 4: COMMUNITY WELLNESS, VIOLENCE PREVENTION, AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
The organization will conduct educational workshops, community discussions, wellness initiatives, volunteer service projects, awareness campaigns, and community events focused on violence prevention, conflict resolution, mental wellness, positive decision-making, and healthy community engagement.

We Rise The Community will provide educational workshops, training programs, technical assistance, and capacity-building resources for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and grassroots nonprofit organizations. Topics may include organizational development, strategic planning, governance, financial management, fundraising, grant readiness, business formation, compliance, and operational best practices.
Programs will be conducted by board members, volunteers, business professionals, nonprofit leaders, and community partners through workshops, seminars, and one-on-one educational sessions.
Approximately 10% of the organization's time and expenses will be dedicated to this activity. Funding will come from grants, donations, sponsorships, fundraising activities, and educational program support.
This activity strengthens community organizations and small businesses by increasing their knowledge, sustainability, operational effectiveness, and ability to serve their communities.
